How Do You Get to MetLife Stadium from NYC?

Match-Day Logistics

NJ Transit from Penn Station: ride to Secaucus Junction, transfer to the stadium line — 40 to 60 minutes door to door. On match days you'll need a $150 round-trip stadium rail ticket, bought in advance on the NJ Transit app, and you board inside the time window printed on it.

Bourbon & Branch, a one-minute walk from Penn Station's entrances at 155 W 33rd St. Every match of the tournament shows on both floors with the sound on, and tables are reservable through Resy.


When is the World Cup in New York?

New York's matches run June 13 through July 19, 2026, at MetLife Stadium — five group-stage games, a Round of 32, a Round of 16, and the Final. The tournament itself opened June 11. Bourbon & Branch in Midtown shows the local slate and every other match daily.


Can I take the train to MetLife Stadium without a match ticket?

No. From four hours before each kickoff, NJ Transit rail between Penn Station and Secaucus Junction is limited to FIFA match-ticket holders, and the 40,000 daily stadium rail tickets are sold in advance on the app only. Without a stadium ticket, plan on watching in Manhattan.


Where can I watch the World Cup Final in NYC?

The Final plays July 19 at 3:00 PM ET, and Bourbon & Branch shows it across both floors at 155 W 33rd St in Midtown. Unlike the free fan zones, tables here are reservable on Resy — a guaranteed seat for the biggest match in the world.
